What you should know:
For your convenience, you can pay with cash, by debit card and also by VISA and Mastercard. A payment in advance or a deposit is not required. You can also settle your invoice the day before your departure.
You can move into your room from 2.00 p.m. onwards. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please get in touch with us. You will then receive a password for our key lockers. Please leave your room by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Would you like to give a gift voucher away? We would be happy to send you a personalised voucher.
We are offering you the opportunity to book our "Maximilian Cancellation Protection" at € 2.00 per person per day together with your reservation. This will automatically be added on reservation for the duration of your stay. It will protect you from any cancellation costs should you for whatever reason have to break off your stay or cancel it. Excluded for last-minute bookings and for children. If you do not want this protection, please briefly let us know together with your confirmation.
If you do not make use of the cancellation protection, our cancellation provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions apply:
If the reserved room is not taken, there are no costs charged for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; for later cancellations we will charge you 80% of the room costs unless we are able to rent the booked room to other guests.
We organise free transfer to and from the railway station at Füssen, but would request that you reserve this service at least 24 hours before arrival.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance or make use of our "Maximilian Cancellation Protection" (information on this point under the heading "Cancellation conditions").
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and all public areas. Please enjoy your cigarette on your balcony or on our terrace.

Since March 2016, we have been an "allergy-friendly hotel" certified by ECARF. For those who suffer from allergies, this means that we are equipped according to existing standards and we make every effort to make your stay as excellent and as pleasurable as possible. Please discuss allergies with us when you make an inquiry or booking, so that we can react to your individual requirements.
Pets are not permitted in the rooms and in the restaurant area.
